Shipping Policies
Shipment within the Continental United States:
- ColicCalm is shipped by US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for $6.50. USPS generally takes 2-7 business days.
- We offer United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options which may be faster and provide better tracking information. The options include, UPS Ground (2-5 business days), UPS 3 Day Select (3 days or less, guaranteed), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days or less, guaranteed), and UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 day, guaranteed to almost all areas). All times are given in business days. Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on weekends.
- UPS Overnighting is available to most locations in the US (with the exception of remote rural locations), but actual shipping costs may be as high as $46.
- Our shipping cut off is 10am PST (1pm EST).
- Note that the USPS does not provide the same detailed tracking information as UPS. Their system is set up to simply indicate whether your package has been sent or delivered. No interim shipment details are provided by the USPS automated system, as they are with UPS. If you prefer to have specific interim details on shipping progress, please select UPS as your shipping option.
